Local property management company in Oneonta seeking to contract with a part-time, self-motivated individual for general office & bookkeeping duties such as, but not limited to: online bill paying, writing checks, bank reconciliations, creating and updating spreadsheets, preparing bank deposits, recording payments, etc. Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and basic accounting knowledge a must. Quickbooks experience a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy a must. Flexible schedule available for the right individual. 10-15 hours per week - day or early evening hours possible.
