This is a 1977 Victorian style women's ring with a silver setting and a hematite faceted stone, The ring has never been worn and is in its original box. Inside the band is kind of spring that allows fitment from about size 5.5 to7; however if you take the ring to a store that has size gauges, it seems to be a "6".
