Fender Player Plus Top Stratocaster - $440

I bought this Strat new in January 2021 and have only used it at home. It’s squeaky clean, totally functional, and ready to play with minimal signs of use. The only issue I'm aware of is that the strap button on the upper horn gradually works itself loose.
The guitar is stock except for these mods:
- Fender locking staggered Stratocaster/Telecaster tuners (drop-in replacements)
- Graph Tech Tusq XL string tree
- Graph Tech Tusq XL nut, which I had a local guitar shop install
- mini metal dome volume and tone knobs
- Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster bridge assembly (drop-in replacement)
It has Stringjoy Signatures 10-48 Wound 3rd Light strings on it. I’m selling because I’ve concluded that I’m not a Strat person. I’ve held onto it for this long because it’s such a gorgeous guitar.
