We're an event venue in Jefferson, NY, looking for an Office Manager to keep the operational side running smoothly during the week.
What the role is: The core of the job is staffing, scheduling, and payroll — the behind-the-scenes work that keeps events running. That means:
Building staff schedules for event weekends
Following up with staff to confirm shifts and cover last-minute changes
Making sure hours are recorded properly and payroll runs smoothly
Handling some client correspondence and inquiries
Basic bookkeeping support
General administrative work — filing, correspondence, phone calls, keeping the office organized
What we need is someone who is organized and communicative.
The shape of the work:
Seasonal, May through October, with the possibility of extending long-term if the fit is right
Part-time or full-time, depending on the person
Partial remote is possible

Who we're looking for:
Strong organizational skills and comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, scheduling, payroll)
Someone who can send a firm follow-up text at 8pm on a Thursday when someone hasn't confirmed Saturday's shift
Local — within roughly 45 minutes of Jefferson, NY
