I am partially disabled and cannot drive. I live alone and do not have friends, neighbors or family near me that can help. I cannot afford There is zero public transportation near me. I think I am 45 minutes away from address I need to go to. I would just be picking up (legal) medication, that's all, very quick. I am able to only pay $50.
