Everyone be aware of this guy, he is a terrible person. There is something very wrong with him, he is very dirty, he very nasty too people, he is very abusive too his tenants /handymans. I know him personally and I have seen first hand how he really is, he looks for individuals who are on parole and physically, mentally and emotionally abuses them because he knows that they will not call the law on him in fear of having police contact.He is no good. I myself have had too deal with this person harassing me and because he keeps his distance the police will not do nothing about him.
