This grader has many moveable features that still function after70 years. The front wheels steer; the rear wheels move up and down independently of each other; the blade moves up and down, each side separate so as to grade at an angle; lastly the blade rotates and locks to direct the spill wherever the operator wishes. For a 70-year-old toy, the paint is decent and original and the grader still bears its original "GRADER" decal. Unfortunately, the exhaust pipe is missing, but that can be easily replaced if one wishes.
