We are seeking an experienced Non CDL Driver–Logistics Manager to independently manage refrigerated food deliveries across New York and nearby regions. This role is for someone who thinks ahead, solves problems in real time, and takes ownership of their routes. It is not a step-by-step or heavily-supervised position.
Responsibilities include:
Executing refrigerated delivery routes independently
Managing timing, sequencing, and adjustments as needed
Proactive communication around delays or issues
Professional interaction with customers

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in food distribution, cold chain, or logistics
Is comfortable working autonomously
Communicates clearly and early
Can maintain simple inventory procedures and have ability to access and navigate computer files and smartphone texts operations.
